In their attempt to bring down heroin-czar Carlton Velcro, Clive Reston's undercover status is blown, and he is captured for interrogation. Shang Chi fights his way through the compound's security to face its greatest agent, Razorfist. Blackjack Tarr is also on hand to attempt Reston's rescue. Sir Denis Nayland Smith and Petrie watch in suspense as Shang Chi, Reston and Tarr go from one peril to the next in their bid for freedom. Ultimately, however, their flight leads them to an underground base where they see that heroin trafficking is just the tip of Carlton Velcro's evil iceberg.
