Invincible's battles have had collateral damage, and it was only a matter of time before it would create new enemies for him. Meet Scott Duvall, family man and Pentagon top scientist with access to powerful hardware. Also, the brother of a woman who died in one of Invincible's fights. Scott has stolen some stuff from work, and it's only a matter of time until he's caught, but until then, he is Powerplex, on a path of vengeance against Invincible. His wife and child love and support him, but become casualties of his campaign.
