"A Christmas Tale"
The Silver Surfer finds and rescues Johnny in deep space around Mercury. Johnny lets the Surfer know about the battle that they are in as the Surfer learns that his latest love is alive. They head back to Earth to join in on the fight with the FF against the Cotati and Kang. The FF defeat the Cotati and Kang but Manta must sacrifice her self in order to follow the Cotati and get her son back, a decision that hurts the Surfer deeply.
