"Divided--We Fall!"
The X-Men start off on a well deserved vacation, a continuation of the last vacation that was interrupted, but nothing goes smoothly for them. They are lured into Central Park where they are captured one by one by Count Nefaria's Maggia, a group of super villains from the not so distant past. Nafaria wants to use the X-Men to collect a ransom on the Nation's Capital.
