Supergirl in "Super-Girl?"
Supergirl seeks help in the bottle city of Kandor for her on-again off-again powers. The Kandorians design an exo-skeleton for her, to wear under her clothes that give her super-strength, and outfit her boots with jets that enable her to fly. Supergirl tries to take on Starfire and her all-woman gang, who are robbing banks during a Mardi Gras celebration. Supergirls powers suddenly go out, and Starfire delivers a punishing martial arts beating on Supergirl. Soon later her powers return and Supergirl captures Starfire's gang, however Starfire and her assistant Doctor Kangle escape.
