Item Bio
"Wonderland, Part 5 of 6: Brother Grimm"

*Flash, Captain Cold and Mirror Master are determined to track down the person who has 'stolen' Keystone City and bring it back. They discover that it has been taken to an alternate reality, though not a mirror dimension this time. Here they find a strange medieval-type town which a talking car tells them is called Eastwind. They also encounter Piper who tells them the reason for his ruler's hatred of Kid Flash:
The Tin Reverend and his army, led by Brother Nightingale, decimated the land and then targeted Earth. But one of his sons, Grimm, sent a warning to Earth, and was rewarded by three generations of speedsters coming to save Eastwind. The people of the world then wanted to make Grimm their new king, but Grimm did not want to do this. He was advised that not following his legacy could be a good thing by Kid Flash, who returned to Earth. Grimm's younger brother became king in his place, ultimately becoming as much a tyrant as his father had been. Grimm was forced to take the crown back, and hated Kid Flash for his bad advice, particularly once he discovered that the hero had followed his own mentor's footsteps.

Flash says he remembers the encounter, but that Grimm has twisted his words around. At that very moment, Grimm, backed up by Jay Garrick, arrives on the scene, demonstrating an ability to read the speed force which means the Flash cannot sneak up on him. Cold and Mirror Master escape and Flash is taken to a place of execution, imprisoned in a guillotine made of a dense wood that cannot be vibrated through. *Source: dcuguide.com
