*Rick Young, killed by Evil Ernie during the second Psycho-Plague in Washington, D.C., was reborn as a ghoul. Now, days later, he is hearing voices in his head. Disoriented, he is captured by a platoon of living soldiers under the command of the sinister General Powell. Powell has important plans for Rick -- and wants him broken immediately.

Heading voices in his mind, and hallucinating about his days as a troubled and aimless young man, Rick breaks out of Powell's prison and makes his way to the outside, only to realize that he has escaped from the Pentagon itself...
