Fell is able to convince Lt. Beard to let him persue another random murder at the Snowtown docks, promising a result that'll show the criminals of the city that SPD isn't taking it lying down. As Fell leaves the office Violet has a disappointing message from the medical examiner about the victim: "No prints, no distinguishing features, no nothing." Fell also has a flashback to his last distubing visit with him.
