Self-correction: The words are "Direct Sales" with the barcode. I have both direct market variants with the non-newsstand cover art in front of me right now.

Also, THIS cover variant has two sub-variants: One has a bar code on the back and words "Direct Market", the other has the Bat Symbol in the barcode box and no words; both are Direct Market variants.
