"Still Crazy After All These Years"
MacDonald "Mac" Gargan, a.k.a. the Scorpion, has reached the end of his rope, after spending the last year in the sewers of New York City, his sanity is almost gone. He figures he can never be normal again, but he can get even by destroying J. Jonah Jameson, the man who helped make him into the Scorpion.
Note: Ms. Marvel appears in a one-panel cameo and the White Tiger does not appear in costume in this issue.
