"A Nice Little Town Like Ours"
Snake-Eyes, Scarlett, and Zap are captured and brought to the COBRA-run town of Springfield. There, Snake-Eyes is subjected to Dr. Venom's brainwave scanner where pieces of Snake-Eyes' past begin to reveal themselves. Scarlett and Zap meet a boy in their jail cell who's been fighting against COBRA, and he helps them escape.
He decides to stay behind in an effort to take back his town.
First appearance of Dr. Venom and Billy (unnamed in story).
