Invincible intercepts Allen the Alien and Oliver at the edge of space, as they attempt a scheme that will kill the last Viltrumites who are hiding on Earth. The scheme involves releasing a killer virus, targeted at the Viltrumite physiology. Invincible's problem is that the virus would likely kill all human life as well. Invincible's unlikely ally is Thragg. The Guardians of the Globe show up to complicate the Mexican stand-off, but soon, the kid gloves are off, and tragedy strikes.
