"In Search of Candy"

While on a reconnaissance mission, Rip-Cord touches down on Cobra Island to find out the whereabouts of Candy. He is opposed by Zartan, who defeats him and takes over his persona.
General Austin steps down and appoints Hawk as new Commanding General.
The Soft Master was able to send out his telegraph identifying the Hard Master's killer. Snake-Eyes reads the memo and recruits Storm Shadow so they can both get revenge.
