Storm and Kurt begin the assault on Moses Magnum's hideout while Scott, Colossus and Sunfire assault from the sea but it's not that much of a sneak attack when Magnum is waiting for them. But even Magnum can't stop the X-Men as his plan to sink Japan ends up sinking him. Meanwhile, Jean joins Moira, Alex, Lorna and Jamie in Scotland for the holiday, still unaware that the X-Men are still alive in Japan.
