Mark Desmond, a.k.a Blockbuster, has been working without incident at the Gotham Science Labs. This unfortunately changes when he goes across the street to purchase a gift for a new "friend" at the Science Lab. As he is about to make his purchase, he spies a mannequin of Batman and something clicks inside his mind. Now Blockbuster is out to destroy Batman, whom he considers his "not friend".
