Item Bio
“The Black Goddess, Part 2"
With the help of Lobster Johnson's last surviving associate, the B.P.R.D. tracks Martin Gilfryd to his temple stronghold on the Sino-Soviet border. Backed by a contingent of military men eager to flex their might, they are greeted by a monk who ushers a select few in for an audience with Gilfryd. There, they see Liz Sherman, safe but in a meditative trance state. Abe's frustration bubbles over, but Gilfryd insists that he has led no one astray, and that he and Liz are mankind's only hope against the combined Frog / Subterranean threat. While these words are being uttered in the safety of Gilfryd's sanctum, the military is caught between a rock and a hard place when the Frog assault on the sanctuary begins. The monks are not without defenses or surprises of their own.
