*Adam Strange's systems are failing, the heat of the system is making him hallucinate and all hope seems lost... Until a Thanagarian ship arrives and stumbles upon him. They bring him aboard for questioning. They cure him of radiation poisoning and heat exposure and return his gear after installing a tracking device.

While looking through the Thanagarian computers, Strange realizes that the star systems have been switched. The captain of the ship attempts to reason with Thanagar to spare a ship in hopes of finding something in the other system Strange pointed out, but instead they want to excute him. He makes a valiant attempt to escape, but is stopped and brought in for a trial where he's pinned with the destruction of the Rann star system.
