"Extraction"
Chuckles, Snake-Eyes, Scarlett and Iceberg still have not returned home from their mission in China.
On their way to an extraction point, they come across an old villager being beat up and interfere, saving his life. They become caught in a battle between the land's military and local thugs vying for power, each backed by the Oktober Guard and Voltar and the Iron Grenadiers, respectively.
