After a series of fire-bombs set the mid-West ablaze, the Sub-Mariner brings in a fleet of his air-subs to help quell the fires, but the Communist agitators responsible direct the blame on Namor. Namor investigates and finds the Commies in league with aliens, the 'Unseen'.
