Item Biography

"The Crime Wave Breaks!"

Victorious villain, the Viper bounds away over the rooftops, leaving both Cap and Falcon for dead. By sheer force of will, Cap crawls across the roof to retrieve the vial of anti-venom, tantalizingly left by the escaped felon.

Needless to say, Cap makes it and also treats his partner to the antidote. The pair go separate ways with the Falcon's path leading to Boss Morgan's door once more. This meeting ends the same way as most others between the two, with the fat man grabbed by his lapels. Morgan convinces Falc he can't help him out with finding the Viper, or his boss, the Cowled Commander.

Cap's wanders lead him to an armed robbery in progress. He mops up the crims with surprising ease, even to himself. Curious.

More detective work from Falc leads him to the Viper's pad. With forethought, Sam takes another dose of anti-venom before crashing in on the snakelike chap. Viper takes a thorough beating before boasting of more villains held in reserve.

When Steve Rogers returns to his dingy lodgings he gets a vague blackmail threat from his sleazy landlord. Seeking to clear his head, Rogers is ambushed outside by Muldoon and his crony, Courtney.
