Strikeforce: Morituri: Electric Undertow 2-A

The world over half a century from now is both glorious and terrifying. A marauding alien Horde was defeated by the might of Earth's heroes, Strikeforce: Morituri, with the assistance of a third mysterious alien race called "The New Ones". After the victory, The New Ones disappeared.
But they never really left.
Ten years later, the surviving Morituri face the inhuman forces of The New Ones, who have been manipulating terrn events, maneuvering the world toward a cataclysmic conflict that will make the Horde War pale by comparison.
Alerted to the insidious plan of The New Ones, Scanner srambles to regroup the members of Strikeforce: Morituri for battle. But the aliens are a step ahead of him and have ordered the Morituri's deaths.
