Storm Shadow infiltrates the Pit, only to speak with Snake-Eyes and ask for a place for healing; he offers his cabin up in the Sierras.
Serpentor arrives on Cobra Island but despite two assassination attempts on him, Cobra Commander cannot do away with him. He has already won the trust and respect of most of the troopers and the Springfield residents and would look unfavorably if something were to happen to him now. With the information Buzzer has about the location of the Pit, Serpentor plans an attack on the headquarters.
Due to the Springfield debacle, the Jugglers have ordered G.I. Joe to be shut down.
