Dracula marries Domini in a ceremony performed by a cult that believes he is Satan. After taking Domini to his home, the Dracula sets off in search of victim to satisfy his thirst.

Meanwhile, Winton, an employee intent on reporting company environmental violations is murdered by his boss, his body dumped into the company's contaminated water disposal. The body, its features erased by the chemicals in the water, returns to life and begins meting out vengeance on those involved in his death.

Reaching his final two victims, the faceless man crosses paths with Dracula, who has designs on one of the victims to satisfy his own needs.
