Review for Spirit (2010) 3-A

Angel Smerti is a very interesting character. She can not only beat the crap of The Spirit when ever she wants, but she can also fall of this guy like a ton of bricks. I believe Will Eisner would be proud of the work coming out from DC with the First Wave reincarnation of Golden Age heroes. Even though the main story is good, the backup story is even better. In a few black and white panels we get a beautiful detective story; a great surprise from the First Wave gang.
