This issue introduces Nemo's daughter who will take on her Dad's obsessive hatred for humankind's war-like behavior. The Black Dossier serves as a good introduction to what is going to occur in the Century series. The combination of Alan Moore and Kevin O'Neill brings us a new chapter in the adventures of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Hopefully this is the beginning of more adventures and literary marvels.
