I'm not sure why this book needs to be published? I know Batman is DC's money maker, so they need to flood the market with Batman and Batman related comics, but there's no point to this book. If you read Batman #1, you'll read what a good Batman book should be. This book (which really just mimics some of the same events in Batman #1), is Batman going to Arkham to put back in order the escaped bad guys, with a mutated TwoFace at the end. Oh yeah, Bruce Wayne goes to a fundraiser. Yawn. Nothing new, it basically all happened in Batman #1.
All in all - boring story, but awesome art which gives it an extra star - 2/5.
