Buzzer makes his escape with Candy. General Austin suffers a heart attack, and Hawk, Stalker, and Snake-Eyes go to DC to visit. While there, Stalker and Snake-Eyes visit the Vietnam memorial only to be surprised by Fred the II, who reveals himself as someone from their past. Billy is trained further by Storm Shadow in ninja skills, but abandons him to settle the old score with his father, Cobra Commander.
