"Omega! The Ultimate Enemy"

The Fantastic Four arrive in the Great Refuge and they learn the fate of the Alpha Primitives, Johnny, Crystal and Quicksliver. Just letting them go, as Black Bolt has ordered does not sit well with Ben, who decides to go after his friend. Meanwhile, Johnny and Quicksilver decide to help Omega, who would kill Crystal if they did not. Omega leads the Alpha Primitives out and into battle with the Inhumans. But he has a secret, he grows every time the Inhumans use their powers against him. Not so with the FF, but he is too big and powerful for them. Reed figures out the correlation between Omega and the Inhumans and he exposes it to everyone and the battle ends with the Inhumans granting freedom to the Alpha Primitives. In the end, the FF are hailed as heroes as Medusa joins the FF. Crystal makes her final decision on who she wants to be with. She chooses Quicksilver over Johnny.
