"The Coming of Galactus!"

Maximus the Mad, ex-ruler of the Inhumans, has unleashed a weapon in an attempt to wipe out all humans, leaving only the Inhumans on Earth! His plan fails however, but before Black Bolt can act, Maximus reverses his weapon putting a Negative Zone shield around the Inhumans' home city!

Meanwhile, a strange entity glides through the cosmos ... the Silver Surfer! And wherever the Silver Surfer goes ... so follows, GALACTUS!
