*The Top has chosen the worst possible moment to undo his 'fixing' of certain Rogues, the ones that he compelled to follow the path of the straight and narrow after Zatanna pushed his mind in that direction. He visits Piper, Trickster and Heat Wave in turn, although Heat Wave was already struggling against his desire to do good. Flash reminds Piper of his secret identity in the hope that he, at least, can be saved and remain as his friend. Elsewhere, Captain Boomerang dies once more, but not before revealing the secret of his son's mother to Ashley Zolomon, although she doesn't recognize the name he gives her. The Top reveals that he wants to command the Rogues, but Captain Cold insists this will not happen, even when the Top shows that he already controls many of the newer Rogues. for his pains, the Top is frozen and shattered by Captain Cold while the new Rogues turn on the Flash. And the new Captain Boomerang, along with a few allies, arrives at the facility where the government has been holding his father's body.
