"The Bogus-Men Will Get You If You Don't Watch Out!"
N.B.I. Agent Plastic Man and his sidekick Woozy Winks are investigating break-ins at top secret N.B.I. research facilities by the android Bogus-Men without much success. They seek out the council of their chief during an office New Years Eve party where they are pulled off the case to confront a new “super villain” menace Carrot-Man! After dealing with him Plastic Man plays a hunch and heads to another N.B.I. research facility only to discover the secretary turned secret agent Sundae Supplement has been captured. Following the contents of her purse like a breadcrumb trail Plastic Man and Woozy Winks find the lair of Dr. Honctoff who was planning on using the stolen items to take over the world by giving everyone stomach aches.
