"Brother Eye and Buddy Blank"
The Global Peace Agency is ready to put their ultimate weapon into action. They have commissioned Professor Myron Forest to create an all-powerful, all-seeing satellite, Brother Eye, and the Agency has selected an agent on the ground who will channel all of Brother Eye's knowledge and power and enforce the Agency's will against the forces of darkness. Their candidate is the unsuspecting, meek Buddy Blank. He works at a corrupt corporation who is covertly involved in making murderous androids, until Buddy transforms to OMAC the One-Man Army.
