It's the X-Men and Hellfire Club against Nimrod in Central Park in an anything goes grudge match to the death as each team looses a member. The Hellfire Club loose the Black Bishop Harry Leland to a massive heart attack during battle as the X-Men loose Nightcrawler, who tried to use an old tactic Nimrod was waiting for. But in the end, the combined forces against Nimrod overwhelm him. Meanwhile, Phoenix finds the body shop and creates a new body for herself, not realizing that the proprietor of the facility is none other than Spiral.
