Cobra Commander and Destro manage to escape the wreckage of the destroyed Pit. While making their getaway they are pulled over by a police officer who recognizes Cobra Commander's last name. He leads the Commander and Destro to the hospitalized Billy who lost his eye and leg in the explosion which put him in a coma. Seeing Billy this vulnerable, Cobra Commander vows to start being a better father.

Grunt retires from active duty and is accepted as a student at Georgia Tech.

On Cobra Island, Serpentor unveils plans of a Cobra Consult Building to be built in New York City.

Stalker leads a team into Sierra Gordo to rescue Snake-Eyes, but gets injured in the process. Snake-Eyes manages to stay behind and cover them, but is caught in an explosion.
