"The Dismal Dregs of Defeat"
With the power cosmic, stolen from the Silver Surfer, Doctor Doom goes after the FF, attacking them one at a time, starting with Ben. He then turns his attention to Reed and Sue. Johnny arrives to hold off Doom so that Reed and Sue can escape. Ben rejoins the group, but they are no match for Doom's new power. Reed plays to Doom's vanity, and manages to convince Doom to spare their lives, enabling Reed time to work on a way to defeat Doom.
