Market Notes:
This is a pretty nice book, FVF or so, only problem is there's a whitish stain in the upper left corner of the back cover, partly affects a couple more pages. As for pricing, Overstreet says $40 for 5.0 while Mile High says $82 for VG. Considering it's the origin & 2nd app of the Rhino, also the first full Mary Jane (and first date), my hunch is Overstreet is off the mark, which is not exactly news. I'll price it halfway. Complete & attached.

Amazing Spider-Man (1963) 43-A by Marvel
Item Bio
"Rhino on a Rampage!"
The Rhino has been under arrest, tranquilized to keep him captive, but the drugs have lost their effectiveness, and now he busts free with a burning desire for vengeance against Spider-Man. At the Daily Bugle, Ned Leeds and Betty Brant announce their engagement, and at Anna Watson's house, Peter Parker falls head over heels for Mary Jane Watson. During dinner, an announcement comes over the news about the Rhino's escape, and Mary Jane thinks it would be fun to try to catch a glimpse of him. That suits Peter fine, and gives him a chance to confront the Rhino. Spider-Man consults with Dr. Kurt Connors and devises an acid that will dissolve the Rhino's artificial hide, and then puts it to good use. Later, Peter finds out Flash has been drafted, Gwen isn't speaking to him, and Aunt May's health is sliding.

Just a heads up I'm getting into some serious negotiation for these issues, they aren't sold yet but I'm waiting to hear back from the owner on a pretty good offer. I've taken a little off the prices, if anyone is interested just PM me, I can temporarily list them on Ebay so you can see a bunch more pics.
That's it for the moment, back soon -
