Item Bio
"Almerac or Bust!".
The U.N. has agreed to pay for and build a new League headquarters in exchange for security. As Max shows the team around the new building, an Almeracian crashes his starship into the East River and sends a telepathic distress signal to Maxima.
Upon her arrival at the downed ship she learns that her homeworld has been conquered by an evil dictator who is mercilessly killing the citizenry.
Superman, Guy, and Booster salvage the downed ship from the river and find a recording detailing the horrors that are occuring on Almerac and the League decides to travel to the war torn world to attempt a coup.
Superman puts the clues together and figures out who the evil despot is, but might be too late as he realizes that none of them may return from this mission.
