The Howlers get a replacement for 'Junior' Juniper, but he has everyone scratching their heads. Private Percival 'Percy' Pinkerton is a proper Brit, from his diction and demeanor to his ever-present umbrella and tam. He shows that he can scrap with the best of the Howlers, and they accept him warmly in their ranks. He is just in time to join them on a mission deep into Germany to stop Baron Zemo (named Dr. Zemo in this story) from perfecting and mass-producing his death ray.
