"Fame, Part Two"
Danny and Chrissy have run away from their abusive mother. They are discovered, but the "imaginary friend" that Danny has been talking to helps them escape. Back at the base, Control is trying to use Danny's mother to find the escaped government secret.

The runaways eventually make their way to New York City to track down Action Maxx for help. Unfortunately the boy does not understand that he is only a comic book character. But the editor of Dollar Comics finds that this young boy's reality is even more exciting than those of his comic book characters.

And back at the Bowman Farm, the mysterious space man reveals himself to be Thomas Kirkland from John Byrne's 2112!
