Item Bio
"The Dream is the Truth"
Monica Rambeau has lost the powers that made her Captain Marvel, a member of the Avengers. She is coping with returning to normal life, captaining a cargo ship. For reasons unclear to her, her ship is boarded and her crew murdered by a gang led by Powderkeg. They search the ship for something, when Monica discovers her powers have returned. The ship sinks under the stress of the fight. Monica questions her boss, who admits that he had tried to sell some Stark Industry tech on the black market, and it has come back to haunt him. Captain Marvel must contend with first Moonstone, then a villain who has stolen the Guardsman armor. James "War Machine" Rhodes makes a guest appearance to give Monica a hand with diffusing the Stark tech.
