It would seem that the Joker is trying to get into the marketing business, so he tries to strike up a business with G. Carl Francis for a patent on his "laughing" fish. Meanwhile, Batman tries to come up with a way to deter Silver St. Cloud from believing that Bruce Wayne is Batman.
