"The Stage is Set!" featuring the Hulk.
The Secret Empire is seeking to steal the secret of the Army's Orion missile, and call the mercenary Boomerang to do the deed. Banner, meanwhile, finds himself in the middle of a subterranean war between Tyrannus and the Mole Man. Rick Jones, Betty Ross, and Major Talbot are returned to the surface world just in time to be in the middle of Boomerang's attempt on the missile. 10 pages.
