"Secret Wars 3"
Everything comes full circle as Doom and the FF find the Beyonder. But Doom tries to trick the Beyonder into giving Doom back his memories since Doom was displaced in time but the Shapers and the Molecule Man both arrive to stop that trick from happening. Doom wanted to use this to steal the Beyonder's power again but it is stopped. The Beyonder learns that he is made of the same energy that created the cosmic cubes but he did not have a cube to download into like the Shapers. The rift in space created by the Molecule man was the same energy that created the Beyonder. Together, the Molecule Man and the Beyonder combined their power to form a third cosmic cube. But during the creation, Doom gets his wish to be whole again. Everyone is returned to Earth and the cosmic cubes pass beyond reality, for now.

Alicia Masters has been replaced by the Skrull Lyja.
