Two young boys, Force Boy and Speed Kid, put their powers on display for Perry White and the Daily Planet and then fly off. Perry immediately has Clark Kent contact Superman about the two boys. Later when Superman and Batman catch up to them and try to find out who they are, the boys refuse to tell them, but challenge them to use their skills to find out who they really are.
