Item Bio
"The Heir of Frankenstein!"
Frankenstein's heir, in an attempt to live up to his family name, and heritage, is attempting to create life in an otherwise deceased body. As all of his efforts go fruitless, he fatefully meets the Surfer, and decides he is strong enough to survive the re-animation process. He tricks our hero into entering his devise, and then manages to create an evil clone of the Surfer. Now, the two must battle to the death!
