"Capital Crimes"

The X-Men and X-Factor are on trial on Genosha as Wolverine goes berserk and both teams are handed over to Hodge for safe keeping but Gambit and Cable break loose but not for long. Pyslocke volunteers for the mutation as she is taken away leaving Hodge to entertain himself with the others as he forces Arch Angel and Wolverine to fight to the death. With the help of Psylocke and Gambit, the two teams escape but Hodge discovers the Genengineer's plot against him and moves to neutralize his players. Storm is restored as she helps restore powers to rest of the team just in time for the show down against Hodge.
