This issue featured double wraparound covers. For the standard direct edition, the Hildebrandt Brothers' cover was the outer cover and JoeQ & JimmyP's cover was the inner cover. For the Fahrenheit Editions, the covers were switched with the JoeQ & JimmyP "omni-directional" cover on the outside.

Covenant's "text" is credited to John Ingram.
