Fred VII arrives on Cobra Island as the new Cobra Commander. When Serpentor suspects his identity, he sends Baroness to look under the helmet. Fred reveals himself, but since the Baroness is not in Serpentor's favor at the moment, she decides to go along with his plan.

Chuckles and Psyche Out investigate a pair of huge tracks made outside their base, the Joes are apparently hiding something...huge.

Scarlett, Snake-Eyes and the Blind Master arrive in France in their first step toward freeing Stalker, Snow Job and Quick Kick in Borovia.
