Wolverine and Alpha flight fight the Wendigo in Canada as Wolverine follows the creature back to where he has Mr. Parnell and her baby but not even Logan can hold it off. But Logan holds him off for the rest of the team to join him and finally defeat the creature. Meanwhile back in the States, a dangerous criminal escapes from prison to join the New Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.
