"Rogue Redux"

Rogue emerges from the Seige Perilous at the X-Men's former headquarters in Australia, now reoccupied by the Reavers. The portal has transformed her, removing the powers she stole from Ms. Marvel, so she is easily captured by the cyborgs. As the Reavers contemplate what to do with her, Ms. Marvel suddenly flies in to the rescue. Rogue escapes, fleeing both the Reavers and Ms. Marvel, and borrows Gateway's power in order to teleport away.

Both women go through the portal. Rogue is sent to the Savage Land, where she survives on her own for a time. Ms. Marvel appears on Muir Island, where the Shadow King now rules. He takes control of her mind and sends her after Rogue. Since Ms. Marvel was split from Rogue's consciousness, there's not enough lifeforce for both to survive, so the two battle for supremacy. Just as Ms. Marvel gains the upper hand, though, she is struck from behind. Rogue awakens in a laboratory, where she discovers Magneto has saved her and re-integrated Ms. Marvel into her body.
